We recently started shopping around and Houston was able to beat every price with the best coverage all around! Carter, another agent in his office, made the entire process effortless. He handled everything for us within 30 minutes which has never been my experience in dealing with insurance agencies. 5-star customer service, product and process!"

"I had a very positive experience working with Idalia R. Throughout my time with State Farm, Idalia was consistently professional, patient, and prompt in her communication. There were times when I was concerned or stressed about something related to my policy, and she always responded calmly and professionally, which I genuinely appreciated.

My only frustration during my time with State Farm was with the Drive Safe & Save technology. While it was easy to set up, I experienced issues with it disconnecting and not tracking properly, which meant having to reconnect it several times. That was a technology issue, though, and not a reflection of the service I received from Idalia.

Ultimately, my decision to leave State Farm came down to insurance rates and doing what made the most sense for my budget. It was not because of the service I received from Idalia. I would certainly consider State Farm again in the future, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and level of service Idalia provided."
