"This review though being given a 5 star review did not start out that way. It initially started out as a one star review. Quite honestly there are issues and I am not sure if it is entirely with State Farm Corporate or this agency. Without going into every last detail there have been significant issues. Now when I catch people's ear then I seem to get action but I don't like having to get to that point and that is a concern to me because if I did not catch things then they do not either. They are taking care of me and so this is my reason for ranking them high. I will acknowledge that maybe the world will never be like it was before the pandemic and maybe I am getting to be too much like Otto (see the movie with Tom Hanks). I have been with State Farm for at least 38 years but it has changed over the years and I am not sure if it is for the better. I would like to hope that all will be good but that rests with State Farm. I know I could get cheaper insurance but I guess I felt like I was paying for quality in addition to insurance and was willing to do that. However, if the quality is gone...I am not sure what may keep me at State Farm. As I said at the start of this review they have been working with me and so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that all will stay good."

"Service was good but the greed is what gets me. Car insurance more than doubled in one year, no claims same now older vehicles that are worth less. Home insurance went up 60% on first renewal. Not even close to competitive. Good service is not worth an extra 3k a year, for the one time a year you need to contact them. They had zero interest in competing with other companies. Thanks for the reply but as you can see my name is not Justin lol guess you only actually read the good reviews:) also I tried to call and nobody cared."

Large or small, he can help you and will always have the best coverage for the best price. Using someone in your community is important to me, and I’ve known Houston since we were kids. It doesn’t get any more Community than that."
